Postman collection
Import every Teyra Pay /v1 request into Postman, with variables for your key and automatic idempotency keys.
The Teyra Pay Postman collection has every request of the public /v1 API: payments, refunds, payment links, deposits and webhook endpoints.
Set up
Import the collection
In Postman choose Import, then drop in teyra-pay.postman_collection.json.
Set the variables
Open the collection, go to Variables and set:
| Variable | Value |
|---|---|
baseUrl | https://api.teyra.co |
secretKey | Your test secret key, sk_test_… from Developers → API keys |
Use a test key while you explore. Requests with a live key create real payments.
Send a request
Run Payments → Create a payment. Open the checkout_url from the response to pay with a test card.
What the collection does for you
- Authentication. Every request sends
Authorization: Bearer {{secretKey}}. - Idempotency keys. A collection pre-request script adds a new
Idempotency-Keyheader to eachPOSTthat doesn't have one. To see an idempotent replay, add the header yourself with a fixed value and send the request twice. - Saved ids. Create requests save the new id to
{{paymentId}},{{refundId}},{{paymentLinkId}}or{{webhookEndpointId}}, so the retrieve, refund, deactivate and delete requests work right away. - Pagination. List requests save
next_cursorto{{nextCursor}}. Enable thecursorquery parameter to load the next page.
Amounts are integers in minor units: 12500 is 12.500 KWD. See Money and currencies.
Next steps
When you're ready to write code, use the Node.js SDK or the PHP SDK, or call the API directly with the API reference.
